“We were on our way from Alabama to Wisconsin when our Forester would not start after getting gas. It said our car was locked.called the Subaru dealer and talked to Tom in the service department and he gave us several options to try but nothing was working. Another car jumped started us and it started. We called Tom that we were on our way to get the car checked out. Needless to say Tom was wonderful and our car needed a new battery. Thanks to Tom we made it to Wisconsin. We really appreciated his kindness.”

This oil change after a minor error took two tries to get it corrected Raine said NO CHARGE. That is excellent customer service and keeps me as a customer!!!”
