The lady was rude and had an attitude towards me when I didn't know I had to buy the tape to tape the box up because it used to be free. She also was rude when I was trying to get help with taping the box as I have never taped a box up. The line was long. She was nice to others in front of me, but outrageously rude towards...

We made an appt for passport photo and application for our child, and although we were running a bit late and they were a bit short staffed they still fit us in and was very efficient an getting the photos taken and application completed. Grateful we didn’t have to reschedule (hard to do with little kids.) Thank you!
