“Today I had the most wonderful experience. I called at 3:28, 2 minutes before they closed, and the gentleman who answered the phone recognized my name as having a package there and offered to stay the couple of minutes it would take me to get there!
I understand that many of the complaints I see might be tied to a particular postal worker who may be no longer there. The service I received was very warm and professional.

“I had a really positive experience at this USPS location. I was trying to locate a package that had been marked as returned to sender, and I wasn’t sure if it was still available.
I also called earlier, and the staff member who assisted me was very helpful. She went out of her way to check the system and locate the package, even though it wasn’t easy to find. Thanks to her effort, I was able to successfully pick it up.

“We made an appt for passport photo and application for our child, and although we were running a bit late and they were a bit short staffed they still fit us in and was very efficient an getting the photos taken and application completed. Grateful we didn’t have to reschedule (hard to do with little kids.) Thank you!”
