“Jeff is the man! Came in after failing emissions test, and he took a look at my car for me within a minute of me showing up. “Arrived at Patrick MINI's Service area, and we were greeted promptly, and we met with Brad Smith, Service Manager. Once we explained the problem, he explained the diagnostic process and was confident the service personnel would be able to solve the problem. We sat in the waiting room, and after a short wait we actually saw a video of the current status of - and issues with - our Mini. Brad explained in detail the issues and the estimated cost. Although our car was ready later that day, we were leaving for the holiday weekend, and were unable to pick the car up until Tuesday.
Picking the car up, we met with Brad and he explained exactly what was done and the cost. We were very happy to find the car had been washed (including the wheel rims), and was cleaner than it had been in a long time!
We were extremely happy with our visit to Patrick MINI and the maintenance to our car. We are confident our Mini is in tip top shape, and would highly recommend Patrick MINI to anyone.”

I came across this shop when our family car had an issue right before memorial Day weekend. CNS was the only spot with availability to look it over. They diagnosed quickly, fixed our immediate issue, and mentioned a minor water pump leak . To be frank, I was skeptical at first.
Months later, I had further issues and called CNS back. I mentioned it might be an issue with their previous repair, and they were happy to look it over and mentioned that they warranty their work.
Still skeptical, I got a second opinion from the manufacturer dealership that confirmed CNS' original diagnoses, but at a significantly higher cost. I ended up taking it back to CNS and then performed a major repair quickly and efficiently.
Their manager, Rich, is as professional and polite as they come. I can't recommend this place enough. Polite, professional, honest and very reasonably priced. Simply our, bring your car here.”
“Called to have an oil change / cabin filter replacement and brakes replaced. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Work was completed quickly. Dropped the car off at 9 was told it would be done before noon. Car was ready for pick up at noon. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was fair, much cheaper then the dealership. Would recommend for anyone needing BMW repairs, services, or preventative maintenance. Will be returning in the future.”
“I brought my car in for its Annual Service. Setting up an appt was easy. When I brought my car in, I was promptly met by Andre. We discussed the steps they would take, starting with an Inspection. Everyone was very friendly. The Dealership provided transportation to the mall, which is near. Andre called within 30 minutes to go over the suggested course of action. Andre talked through why it was needed and also mentioned discounts/specials that could be applied. He was very upfront about pricing. I decided to go ahead with the items. Andre texted the status and approximate time it would be complete. Then, called when everything was complete. A car was sent to pick me up and my car was ready and waiting and was given a car wash. An overall great experience!”

This visit, I brought my new car- 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan, only 8 weeks old. It had a door ding that chipped down to the metal. Jerry had me come in the very next day after I called- I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and I even got a little bottle of paint in case I ever want to try to do touch ups in the future. They are always so kind, and genuinely care about your vehicle like it is your own.
As a woman who has gotten varying levels of service when it comes to “car-related things” over the years at other businesses, it is refreshing to have such a consistent, positive experience.
