“Frank and his team have been taking care of my family for many years. They are very honest, trustworthy and good at what they do. You can tell they try very hard to respect the customer each and every time. Thank you very much!”

“The customer service is above and beyond what anyone would expect from a tire service company. The staff was friendly, transparent, helpful answering all my questions and the whole time I felt like I could trust them to provide me the service I needed and offered quality recommendations. I definitely will be recommending this location to friends.”

“I found Chris@Abby to be an honest, highly-skilled mechanic. He basically rescued an older vehicle of mine from the junkyard by performing a tricky repair (fixed a brake fluid leak on a very rusted area using minimal parts). I believe other shops would have recommended to replace several parts, but Chris kept it cost-effective, which is the exact reason I was referred to him-doesn't replace unnecessary parts, good pricing, and is good at communicating the repair details.”

“I recently had my 06 Evo 9 SSL restored at Boostin and I couldn't be happier with the results. Car came back looking and running flawless! You can really tell how much care and detail goes into their work. Andrew was always available to answer any questions or input I had throughout the build process. He kept me up to date on progress, pricing, and completion times thoroughly from day one. He let me know what work they recommended to be done, what wasn't necessary, and fulfilled every additional request I had. If you are looking to do any work to your import , this is the place to go.”

“Excellent service at this location... they even open all the doors for you, lol.. they recommend but didn't push services on you.. be sure to download online coupons.. I joked it took longer than 15 min at checkout.. it was about 25 min total time.. including some other fluid topoffs, filter change, and air in the tires... they took 25% off from an online coupon. As for the price I chose the reasonable price on the Google tab.. any other place for $55-75 you need to leave the car all afternoon.. I was at $99 not including other services I got. Thanks guys!”

“When I moved out of the area not too long ago, I was shocked to see that there were no Infiniti dealerships around me so getting work done was a challenge. So just this weekend, I decided to call the day of my commute back up north to get a simple synthetic oil + filter change done (with MPI). Dropped the car off and within an hour, I got a comprehensible multipoint inspection sheet, itemized next/recommended services, and a tread depth VIDEO sent to me since the service was complete — something new I think! So what gives this review 5 stars? Well, it’s quite simple really…. The entire team within this service department truly deliver a world-class experience. From the service advisors (SHOUT OUT TO ANTWAN HICKS!!) to the service technicians, they go beyond a “white-glove” experience to show their clients how much they care. Not only did they clean the outside of my vehicle, but I noticed they also cleaned the inside! All that aside, this is the one and only service team I would drive over 2 hours to bring my Q60 to. So without further ado — THANK YOU INFINITI HOFFMAN ESTATES SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!! See you again soon!”

“Car shopping is something I don't enjoy, but I can honestly say that working with Vince and his entire team at Mercedes-Benz Hoffman Estates was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were so easy to negotiate with and come to a price/vehicle that fit me. I will only buy a Mercedes from Hoffman Estates going forward!”

“Ray provided outstanding customer service in the service department. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to check what repairs were covered under my warranty, helped arrange a loaner vehicle, and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about the customer experience. Thank you, Ray, for going above and beyond, I highly recommend working with him!”
