Add $1500-$3500 to any price you see posted online for used cars offered by these folks due to the permanently installed "extras" they require you purchase.Also, took literally months to take delivery after purchase while they completed agreed upon repairs of some minor damage.The death of the traditional dealership model can't come soon enough.edit 9/9/2023:Just went in to get my emission test for the first time and found out they sold me a car with a broken DLC connector. Seriously, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Purchased a used vehicle from this dealer and unfortunately had a mechanical issue within 1000 miles which the dealer indicated 'there is nothing we can do'. While the offer of an extended warranty was provided at over 30% of the vehicle price and I declined, I expected that their 'promise of quality' for used vehicles meant something. Disappointing experience ... and what I now know to be the condition of the vehicle due to another dealer's inspection has revealed other areas of concern that this dealer did not reveal.

Salesperson Diana was very helpful and nice to us.Eventually there was a lot of concern about our visa status, credit score etc and ended up being more like a visa interview than a car buying experience. We were quoted too high an APR even after complying with standard requirements.Other dealerships on the same road gave us a way better APR (almost 8 percent difference) without making us feel weird about how long we have been here, if we have a reliable credit score etc.I’m sure they were just doing their job, but they should be aware of how they present themselves to potential customers in regards to these issues and not put them down because of it.

I recently bought a used 2020 genesis here. The process took us being there a total of 24 hrs between 3 days. They clearly didn’t check out the car when they said they would because the air conditioning was broken. The windshield had more than 10 different chips in it, I don’t know how you miss that or aren’t aware of it when it was brought to you. The car had to be cleaned 3 different times because the first 2 times the people at the dealership who “cleaned” the car twice didn’t do anything because we pointed out spots and they didn’t do anything each time until they brought it to a detailer. It’s very disappointing to find out after we buy the car that the windshield won’t get replaced and that we have to handle air conditioning, even though they missed it. Anyways. Nikko did a great job. But other than that I was not pleased with my experience with anyone else I met from this dealership. They need to get their stuff together, especially since this is a luxury dealership and I bought a luxury car. I would avoid buying a car from this dealership from now on. They let me drive away thinking everything was perfect when it wasn’t. And the process took a lot longer than expected because they don’t do things good and the customers have to point out stuff that is wrong. If you’re buying a car here I’d recommend having it looked over by a trusted mechanic or friend.

I recently purchased a used Tahoe from this dealership and it was a very pleasant experience. My salesman Payton was kind and took the time to show me both vehicles I was interested in. He was never pushy and allowed me to take as much time as I needed. His GM Shiraz was excellent as as well, easy to work with, genuine and came up with an agreeable deal very quickly. Finally Nick in finance was very friendly and got me in and out quickly. Overall I am impressed with Schaumburg Lincoln and will continue giving them my business.

Just bought a used 2018 Ford Fusion, amazing deal on the car itself, low mileage, and went through vigorous testing and checks to make sure the vehicle was in great condition. The salesman Payton was very helpful, personable, and helped me get the best deal. He also told me all the features of the vehicle and even helped me connect my phone to it before we left. If you need a new/used car, this is the place to go!!

I was able to find the vehicle I liked, but really did not save what I thought I was saving. Dealer actually only removed an add on the added to the price of the vehicle. Once removed, it did drop the price to the original price of the vehicle and that's what I was charged. So, no real savings because they didn't come down on the price at all, they just made it look that way to sell a vehicle. Still got a nice ride.

I bought my vehicle at this location because of my salesperson Jennifer M. She did an amazing job finding me a car they had on their lot that fit in my budget. I stopped there to look at a totally different car and after not liking it she searched for something I would like. The process was smooth and easy and I was happy with my deal. I would definitely go see Jennifer again when I need another vehicle!!

Horrible customer service. I came to this dealership looking for a SUV. The sales person came outside and not once did she introduce herself or ask for our names. She insisted on following us around the lot so we wouldn't be looking at "$100,000 cars". We feel very uncomfortable and profiled.
