Trying to handle things regarding my father's estate was a nightmare at this branch. The receptionist tried to shoo me away twice before I finally convinced her to help me get on the line with someone from estates who could help me. (Since I was hung up on when I called myself and got an ad that wouldn't let me talk to anyone the 2nd time.) She then put the call on speaker so everyone in the office could hear about my father's estate. I have to go back with documents and I have been putting it off because it was such a wretched experience I almost want to stop being a client of Schwab entirely.

I agree with these reviews. I don't know about when you finally work with someone qualified one-on-one, but the customer service is absolutely awful. I was so shocked when the person at the front desk said they couldn't get me an appointment to complete my account transfer. I went to another location and had wonderful service.

Very helpful in opening a new account. Not nearly the amount of irrelevant information asked to verify what I was intending to do. No sales pitch to try to sell other services not wanted.
