I tried to make an appointment for 3 days via Internet and 3 phone calls and no one called me back! Guess they don’t want new clients

I agree with these reviews. I don't know about when you finally work with someone qualified one-on-one, but the customer service is absolutely awful. I was so shocked when the person at the front desk said they couldn't get me an appointment to complete my account transfer. I went to another location and had wonderful service.
