Came into buy a pair or two of Birkenstocks today. Ashley and Dulce were there—said nothing to me, but completely acknowledged and helped another customer. We were the only two customers in the store. I won’t spend money with Finishline any longer. Poor display of customer service.

Terrible location. They refuse to let u try on both shoes. Even offered to give them my id and cash. I will not buy shoes without trying then both on. Stupid policy. U lost this customer for life.
