Worst JD ever!! I asked for shoes here like 3times and waited more then 20min and never got the shoes I wanted to try and people have a attitude here swear this place needs new manager and people for the customers because this place sucks.

When I went into buy a shoe for my son they were closing and I know that’s not their fault but we were rushed as they were closing then we tried the shoe at home and it didn’t fit and it was hurting his feet so we came back to return it when we found the time because we couldn’t come back right away since we were busy but we were still in range and we could return it because the policy is 45 days but the employ Viviana was very rude towards me and my family and she was saying she couldn’t take the shoe back and was just talking very rudely I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager which she didn’t look like, if she were the manager she would know how to handle customers and not speak to them in a way that would never make them come back. What are we going to do with a $60 shoe that doesn’t fit . Viviana is a very bad employ and I recommend not going to her she is bad business to the store making customers never want to come back.

I came in to return some shoes. The person attending the main desk immediately accused me of wearing the shoes and I couldn't return them. These shoes weren't even my size that's why I was returning them. The shoes were initially from the display and I tried to explain that to her. She proceeded to give me an attitude and being disrespectful. She told me her name was Catherine Acosta the store manager. First, This store is selling shoes that people are wearing from displays and then accuses them of wearing them so they don't give their money back. Secondly, they need a new manager because Catherine obviously lacks customer service experience. A different finish line accepted the shoes and allowed me to return them. After checking them they didn't accuse me of wearing them. I don't know how she landed that job but she's ignorant and unprofessional. I will not be returning to any finish line at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This store isn't fully associated with the actual FinishLine and you can't return purchases from other stores or from online purchases. Store employees are also clueless and don't know what they're doing.

What can I say other than just...wow. Your app is honestly the worst attempt at a mobile application I have ever seen, and I'm a computer programmer. You make NO attempt to remedy it after MONTHS of absolutely botched releases.

Why is the mans face on every single video blacked out now. The guy drove thru the mall!! Thank god for the public stepping in and stopping him. Security was no where. Why is his Name not released either! You do a great job to protect the mall image but this is very concerning that this censorship going on. It was pretty serious thing he did and public should be more informed. If this happen ANYWHERE else there be a slew of information

Your security is a joke. My wife’s a manager of one of your larger retailers and during the incident yesterday your security told her that everything was fine and nothing was happening. Not believing them for a minute she closed her gates and funneled customers and employees out of their back room and out of the mall. All the while an SUV was driving through the mall. You need a police presence in the mall not fake security. Luckily no one was killed, this should be your wake up call!
