The breakfast manager upset me we paid 22 dollars and wasn’t able to bring any of the breakfast out which I didn’t eat much in there it was very upsetting we could have went somewhere

Really busy area during the day
Rooms: Friend who is staying said that housekeeping never came to clean when she requested.
Noteworthy details: Big place but no one really stayed it didn't appear.

... empty... Room service is on point.. food was exactly as ordered. The cheesecake thing, omg. A bit expensive but, it is Schaumburg n all.

When using the GPS directions from website it is not very clear where to go. We arrived at the address walked into about 100 drunk people in the hallway thought we were in the wrong place. So put the address in GPS again and it brought us to a side door which was locked. So I called the girl said she'd come let us in so we waited about 10 minutes and walked back around the building and had to make our way through all the loud drunk people and find the front desk all the way across the building. Then make our way back through the drunk people back to the car to get our suitcases then back through them again to get to the elevator to get to our room...

Rooms we're modern, modern lobby, liked my brother, brother's friend, mother, dad (step-dad) and cousin there with me, pool was good but I was foaming at the mouth over the pool, so great!

I had a fantastic stay! The room was clean, modern, and everything worked perfectly. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel’s overall appearance was well-maintained. The location was ideal, and I would definitely book here again when in the area.

8 AM construction noise literally cannot talk above it. Was no mention of this on check-in. They’re not willing to do anything in terms of moving us to another room because of they are sold out. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Not really offering to do anything for us.

**Subject:** Urgent Feedback on Recent Stay
Dear Hyatt Management,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay in the executive suite at your hotel. During my visit last week, the suite was not properly cleaned—rags were left on the floor, napkins were near the bar area, and surfaces were sticky. This is unacceptable for a room that is supposed to offer a premium experience, I did not mention these things in a separate review as it wasn’t the worse thing and I am not one to complain over smaller matters .
To add to my frustration, I am currently experiencing a second, equally distressing issue. Since 6 AM this morning, I have been subjected to relentless construction noise from the rooms below and next to me. As someone who suffers from migraines, I specifically request quiet rooms. However, my request was clearly ignored. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, I was merely informed of ongoing construction, and that it was specifically only on my side she laughed and shrugged it off and told me it is expected to last several more days. I would expect at the minimum of my points being returned, considering hyatt can advertise peace and quiet and give me and wife the complete opposite. Also renovation information was only available on a sign posted past the check-in area, near the stairs and elevators—far too late for guests to make an informed decision about their stay. Especially in today’s world where a sign is literally doing nothing, considering booking is 99 percent online.
As a frequent traveler and Explorist member, I find this lack of transparency appalling. A simple notification in the app or on the website about the construction would have spared me and others from an unpleasant stay. This is not the level of service I expect when spending my hard-earned money or points.
I urge you to address these issues immediately and ensure that future guests are adequately informed.

They were doing renovations so I had what sounded like a jack hammer vibrating my room the whole time.
Rooms: Poor and dated , but they were renovating.
Food and drinks: Good.
Noteworthy details: I wouldn't stay there again untill all the work had been completed simply ruined my stay.

This is a elderly Hyatt Regency hotel and as far as I noticed, they‘re undergoing some renovation works at the moment. Nevertheless upon check in, they gave me a suite, which was a bit outdated as well, but still well kept and roomy enough to enjoy my stay. The staff was friendly and I would book a room here again.

I just get off work,so tired, it is already 11pm, I just want to rest but it is too loud to sleep, and the bass cause the table shock!
I ask front desk, they say it will be finish at 1 o'clock.........I still need to wake up for 1-2hours!!!

Nice experience overall. Friendly and helpful staff. The design is a little unusual. Getting a room on the second floor involves either carrying luggage up the stairs or taking two elevators. Rooms were quiet and fairly large.
Rooms: Large rooms, nice layout. Some have microwaves, others do not.
Nearby activities: Plenty of places to eat or shop nearby.
