My sweet Charley Angel had a spa day with Siri. She had a great day. Was very very happy with her treatment. She really liked Siri who did a great cut today for her. Thank you Siri from Charley’s Mom. You did a really nice job. Thank you 🩷

received a very rude voicemail from the groomer “Amanda” she is very unpleasant continuously threatening to send my 7 month kitten home if she has any “kitty attitude” and laughing about it? umm.. weird behavior i’ll be taking my business somewhere else where the groomers actually care for animals. per the reviews i can see her poor work ethic.. that poor puppy. smh how is she even still employed?

I called to check if they had a specific food that was prescribed by my vet. The woman that answered was very rude and told me I had to call back later. I would have gladly stayed on hold while she checked but she told me she had no one to check and abruptly hung up the call. Seems like if you do not care about your customers then you don’t care about animals and maybe shouldn’t be working at a store for animals! Called another store a half hour away and went there. The person that answered was able to check for me very quickly and was helpful. Also any time I go to this Schaumburg location, most of their fish are dead. Ew!

VISIBLY injured/sick, underfed, dying, & dead betta fish in inhumanely small cups, as well as other dead fish left floating in their tanks. The betta fish care is a problem at pretty much every PetSmart, but this is one of the worst I’ve seen in person so far. At least one had swim bladder disease or maybe even a spinal injury; he was severely bent, skinny, stuck floating at the top of the water and swimming sideways. Several were laying at the bottoms of their cups hyperventilating (another sign of swim bladder, poor water quality, or other diseases), and the rest were either underfed and/or extremely depressed and not moving due to lack of room & having zero stimulation. One would think a multi-billion dollar corporation & the biggest pet store in North America could choose to be better, but I guess easy profits are more important than living beings

This is not the best place to get your dogs groomed at all. Took my puppy in for the first time and they said they couldn’t clean around his butt area and that I should take him to a vet for that. Also I only scheduled a grooming service but Sharon decided to add 2 additional services that they didn’t discuss with us before which made our charge way more than expected. Will look elsewhere for a grooming service.

Took my cat for grooming but they barely did any of the services because my cat was too aggressive yet I still had to pay 50$ for it. If your cat doesn’t like showers/nail cutting do not take them here they don’t have proper equipment for fussy cats. Wish they charged me less.

Old lady with glasses needs attitude her problem fixed. Not our items thrown at us! Team needs better communication and training! Shouldn’t be charged for something I was misinformed abt!
