I liked the ease of checking in... everything was done with my phone. All I had to do was click a link that was texted to me. Also, the technician who drew my blood was very friendly and very good at her job.

I had a 12:40 got there at 12:50 the guy was locking the door and would not let me in very rude! Say no you do not have a 15 minute grace period! He locked the door before 1:00pm.

The lab technician was very professional, friendly and had great energy. Her personality certainly complements her skills perfectly. I felt comfortable and at ease.

I've been going here for several years and never had any issues. This time the service was denied and I was told that they couldn't find the doctor in the system so need to get additional info from the doctor's office. Anyone else experienced this?

Tried to get some information on billing procedure and insurance, impossible to talk to a person due to automated only response phone system with no option to speak to a real person.

My first time here, I came for a three-hour glucose test for my pregnancy, and I was told they don't take appointments at noon? If not why allow people to make appointments at noon? Unprofessional! I called repeatedly before I came here to confirm and nobody answered. I fasted over 12 hrs for NOTHING and threw up. I'm NOT COMING BACK! They also didn't have my doctor's order, which was sent weeks ago. I was then told incorrect medical advice by the assistant or whoever she was. She told me to only drink water for the entire day? I've already fasted 13 hrs! I can't go almost 2 days without food! That's dangerous advice.

Absolutely terrible. I went here with my boyfriend and he's got very high anxiety whit needles/blood draws. The lady we had proceeded to yell at him that he's a grown ass adult and needs to stop acting like this. Which made him start crying. She then yells at him some more saying if he doesn't do it right now she going make him come back another day. I don't care where you went to school that's not how you treat people. My only regret is not getting her name.

The staff was incredibly rude. They were not helpful and repeatedly ignored me multiple times when I was talking to them. Would have left immediately if I didn’t need a test done today. Would not recommend unless you’re willing to be treated horribly.

The system is not designed to check in for drop-off, but they still want you to do it, and you have to wait for an hour to drop off the already collected sample. No person at front, so you have to wait for someone to come out if you have questions.

My family and I have used Quest's services many times in the last few months at the Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates locations, but we have not always found nice staff, especially at the Hoffman Estates location. In Schaumburg in the last months of 2023, we were served by a very rude young person. She was incompetent, she wanted to send us home for some lame nonsense reason resulting from her ignorance and She told us to come back another time, only the reaction of another employee allowed us to do the tests, but this young person was very rude to us and demonstrated it during the entire visit.
But this unpleasant experience is not the reason for my entry, but a nice one, because I took my last test in Schaumburg location on 5/13/24 and I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful person once again (because this lady also served me earlier) I don't know how this lady is it's called, but you can probably check it. In any case, she is a very competent person, very nice and takes great care of patients, when she sees patients there are never queues, everything goes smoothly, quickly and there is a nice and friendly atmosphere, I am happy to do tests with such a person.

I made an appointment to go during my lunch break. When I checked in, I only had to wait 10 minutes. The test took 5 minutes. I was in and out quickly. The worker was very friendly too.
