We worked with Cameron from the Sarah Leonard Team during our first time home buying process. He was a real joy to work with and he made the whole process fun and straight forward! He was very attentive and available to answer questions and walk us through paperwork. I'm sure glad we made it to closing day with a house we really love. From Cameron I learned what makes a good realtor: He genuinely wanted to see us find the right house! And we did!

Sarah was my realtor when I bought my first house, and she was great. So when I decided to move 12 years later, it was only natural to reach out to her and her team again. This time I worked with Julia. She was great as well. Super patient and helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. I'm not quite ready to sell the old house yet, but once I am, I'll be reaching out to the Sarah Leonard Team again.

I can absolutely recommend Sarah Leonard's team to anyone who is seriously thinking about buying a home.
These people work together with such professionalism and effectiveness that I am so glad I chose them.
The entire process was very smooth and excellently planned, from the first viewing of a property to the completion of the closing.
I could go on like this for hours about every detail.
But to cut a long story short - I would even recommend the team to my family and best friends. My experience was very satisfactory!!!
Everyone did a great job - but I would like to give special thanks to Frances Villarreall and John Hendrickson. Despite all the professionalism, time pressure and sometimes difficulties... they both always found a solution and never lost focus on the human aspect.
Buying a house is a big deal for someone like me - and I'm really glad that this team helped me make a dream come true.

My husband and I had Julia and Suzi from the Sarah Leonard Team assist us in selling our existing home and buying a new one. As retirees, we were looking to downsize. Julia was always available and reliable in helping us find our new home. While Suzi worked hard to sell our existing home and find buyers. We are now in our new home happy and content.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Cameron Baum to buy our first house. We absolutely loved working with Cameron. He was knowledgeable, kind, honest, and an all around amazing guy. June Kim and team did a fantastic job with helping us sell our home AND find our dream home! June was able to get our first offer to buy accepted and we had MULTIPLE offers for the home we were selling after just days of going live on the market. She has a whole team behind her which made this process a lot less stressful for us. June has partnerships with our lender Dean (who I also very highly recommend) attorney, Dan; a home inspect or, an awesome stager for the sale of our home, a great photographer, as well as Daisy and Jen who helped with the documents behind the scenes.
