Once you check in they take your paperwork and bring it out to you once done. The people were really nice. I believe you can do some street parking but not 100% sure.”

I have gotten press on nails, makeup, party plates (bundles), clothing, car accessories, toys, pet toys/treats, food items... and more... they even have a refrigerator section with cheeses and other great items. I love the people who work here, they are kind and helpful. If you're looking for something specific they will take down your phone number and let you know when they have some.”

They were considerably less than other estimates I had received and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Super nice guys running the shop and discovered the offer free, balancing and rotations if you buy their tires.”

“These 5 STARS are for EDWARD & him only because the rest of my experience was not so great. I came to register my business for a restaurant depot card and this poor man was SWAMPED! He called out for a manager 3 times for the person who was in front of me waiting to process a return. She said she had been waiting for 30 minutes. The amount of disrespectful people who came in after me was insane. There are policies for the kids for their own SAFETY and people just walked right past him and ignored him. But he did his job and made sure that they filled out that consent form. The phone kept ringing multiple times and he picked up every call, with great manners in letting me know and the other customer who he was trying to assist. His phone skills were amazing as he provided knowledge in product inventory that people were asking him about. He kept apologizing and I don't blame him. Luckily I work in Customer Service and I appreciate how he handled things. Do not lose a great employee and give him more rights. Poor man had to wait for a manager for who knows how long. That drives your customers to go to a different store based on experiences.
I tried asking a few other employees about a product I was looking for and nobody was able to give me an answer on where it could be found and all I got was "try looking by the coolers" Both myself and one other customer was looking for the product and between both of us we were unable to find it. There was a lady by the spice aisle-- she deserves some recognition as well as she helped us look and gave us the validation of the product being sold out. Again customer service is key for sales --- POV”
“Costco has long been one of my favorite places to shop, largely because their exceptional customer service sets the benchmark for excellence. I frequently visit the Schaumburg location, and I would like to recognize two outstanding employees there: Dan and Carmelina. They truly embody what exceptional customer service looks like.
I’ll share one example about Dan. I recently purchased a vitamin, and after checking out, I noticed the price on my receipt was $7 higher than what I had seen on the shelf. I approached Dan at the service desk and offered to go back to the aisle to take a photo of the price tag. Instead of asking me to do that—as many others might—Dan immediately took it upon himself to run to the aisle, take the photo, and bring it back to show me. On several other occasions when I needed assistance, Dan was equally helpful and solution‑oriented. Dan, thank you for your outstanding service and dedication.
Carmelina is another exceptional team member. She is genuinely friendly and always willing to help. When she worked in electronics, she once recommended a pair of over‑the‑ear headphones based on her own research and experience, and her guidance was spot‑on. There have also been times when I had issues with products, and she assisted me with the same kindness and professionalism. Carmelina, thank you as well for your consistent support and customer care.
Costco should be proud of employees like Dan and Carmelina—individuals who elevate the customer experience and represent the company with excellence.”
