“I had a great experience with M&V Auto Body Shop.
While driving on I-294 to my doctor's appointment, my car suddenly lost power. Even though I was pressing the accelerator, the speed kept dropping, and the check engine light came on. I managed to get the car safely off the highway and drove it to M&V Auto Body Shop.
I explained my situation and let them know I wasn't from the area. Their mechanic took the time to diagnose the problem, clearly explained what was wrong, and understood that I needed to get back home. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary repairs, they temporarily fixed the issue so I could safely drive back to my neighborhood and have the permanent repair done closer to home. They even refused to charge me for their time and help.
I'm truly grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and kindness. Without their help, I would have been stranded far from home. Thank you to everyone at M&V Auto Body Shop for going above and beyond. I highly recommend them!”
“I had the pleasure of working with Paulina at impact, she took great care of me and made the repair process very smooth! Daniel also created a exceptional experience by going above and beyond. My car was returned to me in excellent condition and I’m very happy with their work ! Thank you .”
“This is the best in class when it comes to repairs .
They worked with Hagerty and the vehicle came out just like new.
Matched the paint and found all original parts.
No issues and my Classic Cadillac is ready to shine.”
“Lester is an honest and professional who offers a range of services. He has serviced all my cars. He has worked on my Mercedes for several years. He has done mechanical work. He has removed dents and painted my vehicles. He has restored one of them as well. I definitely recommend this shop. Thank you, Lester, for your service and recently fixing my Mercedes.”

“I had broken parts of my driver side mirror when backing out of my garage. Tina was great and very polite over the phone and she understood that I couldn't leave my crv overnight. They clamped my mirror cover back on and used some super bonding adhesive products for the other parts of that area.Thank you so much for being kind and understanding in my time of need. Definitely going back to see you guys if I need to. Thanks again. ??”
