“I was in need of body work on my daily driven Escalade. I came across M&V Auto Body, I seen the reviews and photos of their work and thought I'd give them a try. I received a quote from them that was significantly better than two other places I contacted which led me to proceed the process with M&V.
I dealt with John, he was very professional, extremely polite and easy to work with. I'm very intricate when it comes to my vehicles. I was constantly messaging John about services I wanted to add and knit picking how I'd like things done. He never broke character or professionalism and did every single task I requested. They even came across an issue with my new headlights that I ordered. The headlights did not connect to the factory ballast. I had to delay the project on them and order new ballast since I wasn't letting anything stop me from getting those new headlights on to complete my vision. The ballast took days to arrive and John never seemed annoyed and did not allow it to influence the final price like most shops would.
Upon receiving my vehicle I was practically astonished how amazing it looked especially given the great price he quoted and stuck to. I practically had the whole front end redone. Getting rid of rock chips, minor dents and faded original paint. The final finish was literally a mirror. Silky smooth to the touch with no uneven paint. I feel the clear coat looked much more glossy than the original which I thought was not possible.
All and all I highly recommend M&V for multiple reasons listed above. I feel relief knowing I found my future body shop for any projects or mishaps I come across. I will 100% be taking my Trans Am here and to have my front bumper redone. You certainly can put your trust in M&V with your high end vehicles.”
