“Have been going to Mohammed at United Motor Service for many years, maybe ten. We recently had a person swipe our car and damage the door. He helped us provide proper receipts for insurance, order a new door and replace. We even had scratches that they repaired without us even asking. We dropped off the car and had a rental for a few days. When it was time for pick up, he even met us at the car rental place with the fixed car! This is what I call VIP service! “My wife and I had been going to Adiel's for car repair service for years. So after I had an accident in which a car rear-ended my vehicle into another car in front of me, we knew where to go immediately.
We didn't know that the business had been sold to Avid. But what a blessing that turned out to be. Avid was legendary in his kindness, attentiveness, and assistance. Truly, I cannot overstate the incredible quality of service we received. Even though Avid clearly had many clients to support, he made me feel like I was the only one with his attention to my case.
As an English teacher, I value communication skills above all else. Avid explained everything to me in the clearest terms, both aloud and in writing via text messages. He told me exactly what next steps I needed to take and what I could expect.
