“Excellent from start to finish. After picking up my car and everything going so smoothly I wanted to leave 5 stars, but I suspected from past rental experiences at O'hare there would be something that would go wrong, an overcharge or mysterious additions to my bill or surprised toll fines, etc. But I got the lowest price I could find online. I had no additional sales pushes, I had no uncomfortable waiting, or rude employees - in fact far from it- Angel was as friendly and competent as I had ever had. And then I had a clean, new car that I actually had ordered at the price I had ordered. I was confused why this was so good. When I returned the car I waited for the catch. There was nothing. I pulled in and right away was greeted with a smile. I assumed that the man didn't work there. But he did. Then to my astoundment, the shuttle which was parked inside the garage pulled up, picked up all my very heavy bags for me, put them in the shuttle with a pleasant a professional greeting and I was ready to go. The shuttle driver was excellent. Again, I waited for some additional charge to be added. I feel safe to say that this is the most unexpectedly great rental car experience that I can remember for a very long time - for sure in Chicago. I will only go to them next time.”

“I saw all bad reviews after I booked it through a third-party website and prepared for the worst. So I will start with pros:- cars I was offered were nice and clean, no issues- first car though didn't fit, I couldn't reach the pedals, lol. It took just 10 minutes to get another one. So I was supposed to get Ford and got Jeep instead, which was nice. Everybody was nice and helpful- didn't push me into buying extra insurance or other stuff, which I loved- easy and fast drop off- shuttle goes back to the terminal you depart fromCons:- shuttle doesn't pick you up directly from airport, you need to get to car rental center on a train (it's fast and free), and put an extra time in your schedule for shuttle to arrive, I was waiting for 20 minutes.- you need to print out your proof of insurance (a bit inconvenient)- you need to be other than illinois resident, have proof of flight out of Chicago and it didn't show those requirements at the time of booking through a third-party website I got those instructions after. So you need to double check with them.-in those instructions it said a limit only 200 miles so I was stressed out a bit not to overdrive, but found out later it actually unlimited. Don't know why they didn't update that.I'm general I recommend them, just do your research on their requirements before you book and I hope they will update and simplify all that process too in a future”
