“I love their Jewish salad and the eggplant that is already made in the little containers. The only thing that upsets me... The salads only last up to 2 days then it starts smelling sour.... weird.”
“I said I would go home and leave a positive review today based upon the interaction I saw between an irate customer and the ALDI associate and here it is.
The customer was an older women with little joy left of her life aside from complaining to the person ringing her up about how bad the store is and how she hates shopping at ALDI and goes on about how other local stores are problematic.
The ALDI employee used all grace and smiles to attempt to disarm her but in the end the only thing that brought it to an end was the conclusion of her transaction. Kudos to the ALDI employee for being as cool as he could be throughout the interaction. It was a model of how to deal with a bratty customer.
Additionally I always find the store to be clean, well stocked, and other employees cheery and professional. A joy to shop here.”

“I decided to get a little veggie plant from Aldi one day and I saw this little tomato plant just a little baby tiny thing ..I never grew a tomato plant ever but decided to try it just cost a few bucks …but my surprise this little tiny thing turned out to a big huge bushy growing like a weed plant …if u have the patience and time start with a starter plant or grow flowers or veggies from seeds ..cost less (: these pics like 6 weeks till now ….Will buy more #Aldi veggie or flowers products”

“I have been grateful for Aldi. I have gotten excellent products at Aldi for a low cost. I love getting a good deal on good products. I had a great-tasting tofu here that I enjoyed. They had great variety and a selection wide enough for me at the time.
This Aldi has a great location, right on Cermak. I appreciated having self checkout kiosks. The store itself had a great ambiance. The lighting and character of the aesthetics of the store visuals were quite appealing. There was a large parking lot.”
“HUGE line when I first got there all the way down an aisle, the guys were professional about it, got a other register open and within like 5-7min got those lines down to one or two customers each. By the time I checked out it was quick and easy, and I had a lot of groceries. I use this location every week.”

“Hard not to like this place. Like most Aldis, this is a very no frills basic needs grocery store to go to. I'm sure there are some items here that are more expensive than other stores, but at least what I buy here (weekly meats, bread, fruit, ext), it's very comparable is not outright cheaper than the local stores. Also you can be in and out of here in as little as 5 minutes.
Place seems safe, staff are nice and efficient. It's not gonna wow you with its presence but it's still a great store.”

Lines are average to long but move quickly (they take cash payments).Cons: They seem to often be out of basic staples.Pros: Quick. Convenient. Lower prices than many other supermarkets.Overall: Go for the basics, leave with the finds. Would recommend.”

“Well stocked store . . . . Friendly, courteous staff . . . . . . Great Location . . . . No self checkouts though (but you don't have to wait long for a cashier). They always open up a new register if the line is long.”
