I didn’t like that I had to buy a Cylinder lock when I already had a disc lock from previous storages, but that’s okay, it still worked out. DD took the time to help me find a unit that was convenient and easy to access. She didn’t just point me in the right direction she personally walked me back to the unit, showed me exactly where everything was, including where the carts are kept, and made sure I was comfortable with the layout.
What really stood out was her personality. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with.
