“The team at Schaefer Autobody Centers made the entire process for repairing cosmetic damage to our vehicle seamless. When we came in to drop our BMW off they walked us through the repair process, explaining what needed to be done, and gave the anticipated window for how long it would take. Initially, it was projected to take around 2-3 weeks, however they ended up completing work a whole 2 weeks ahead of schedule despite it being the holiday season. In the future, Schaefer Autobody will be at the top of our list for all of our auto repair needs!”
“I woke up to a dead battery in my car. After AAA jumped it, I called Midas and Bob was very helpful. I explained I needed the battery put in quickly because I needed to pick my daughter up from pre-k, and even with having to order out for my battery...I got to my daughter on time! As usual, the Midas waiting room was nicely decorated and clean, and staff all friendly.So happy to have found a trustworthy and friendly repair shop for my car!

So sad to find out today that Bob retired and sold the place and James and Chris are gone too! And no more Coco, no plants, no decorations. The place really has lost its character. My car did get fixed today but took about 40 minutes longer than expected. Just miss the old Midas. Hopefully the new management brings back the charm to the waiting room!”

I recently took my 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis here for a new set of tires and an AC check, and the experience was flawless from start to finish.The owner is an absolute class act. He is incredibly honest, professional, and treats his customers like family. When looking over my car, he actually told me that some parts I thought I needed weren't necessary yet, saving me time and money. He also caught a serious issue with my air suspension motor and personally laid out a clear plan to help me keep an eye on it, promising to take care of me immediately if any issues pop up.It is so rare to find a mechanic with this level of integrity and dedication to the community. “Check engine light came on and car shut down on a Wednesday. I called them right when it happened and told them I would only be able to bring it in the next morning and they were completely fine with it. Dropped it off at 8 a.m. the next morning and they called me an hour later telling me exactly what was wrong with my car and how much it would be and they had my car fixed and ready to go by 1:30pm. Very transparent and straight to the point. Great service for a good price as well.”

“August, 2024 I decided to replace my fuel pump for my 1999 Honda Accord EX V6. I always used OEM parts as long as they are available. Unfortunately, the OEM pump was defected, and so was the second one that was a replacement.
Unfortunately, the car would not start, so I had to reply on a towing service to take my car to Serra Honda. In over twenty six years of owning this car, this would be the first time the car was ever towed.
I contacted Clete's and had scheduled a pick up time. Everything ran smoothly. The process was handled with care.
If I ever need to be towed, and hopefully that will never happen again, I would depend on Clete's Inc!”
