Not only did I get my chops busted (as I should have) but he allowed my car to sit for two weeks at their shop until I got the money to pay for it all. Very nice, very professional, told me straight up if I could find someone cheaper to do what I had to do but assured me that my car was in great hands. Glad I stayed with Mick’s because now I have an honest mechanic who I can rely on. Highly recommend if you live in the area.”

“I took my car to Midas in Fairview Heights and they were awesome!I couldn’t afford to get it fix right away or have it towed again, it took a couple a weeks and they didn’t hassle me to get it off their lot at all. Chris and Bob were very patient and understanding throughout the whole ordeal. I didn’t feel pressured or swindled on the price that they gave either. Overall I would recommend !”

“had an unexpected problem with my sun roof and it wouldn’t close, so after calling so many mechanics if they could squeeze me in for a short notice no one could take me. I called Full Circle Auto Service and Micheal was so great and took me in within a short notice. Both him and his father were all smiles and even offered me coffee while I was waiting. I left my car and were able to fix my problem within 2-3 hours. I was very pleased with how great the customer service interaction was and how understanding both Michael and his father were of my unexpected situation. It was also very reasonably priced. Definitely will be coming back for their mechanic services !”

Once we figured out it needed major work they helped us get to a hotel so we could work other vehicle arrangements. I flew back into town a few weeks later to pick up the truck and they even picked me up from the local metro station. They were honest with the engine repairs and kept us updated the whole time.”
