They were kind enough to get me in last minute to fix the weights/balance of my tires. I finally had peace of mind after 3 days and 2 other Firestones trying to fix my tires. Wonderful service and very helpful folks.

Dont bother...called and was told to show up at a particular time to fix a tire. Waited a couple days only to show up and sure enough, I magically dont have an appointment. They wouldnt do anything but stand there. What a joke...40 mins one way.

I routinely use the Firestone on base here at Scott AFB. All of the team are cheerful, helpful, and seem like they genuinely care about the work they're doing. I've never had any issue with the work, timeliness, or pricing.

The Scott AFB Firestone did a good job, but the only reason I went to Firestone is because I have a lifetime alignment. In March of 2024, the Firestone in Fairview Heights damaged my left front quarter panel. Firestone denied my claim. I just wanted the scrub buffed out. Every tire I have bought since 1989 has been from Firestone. Moving forward I will get my tires elsewhere. I gave Firestone a chance to keep a loyal customer. I wasn't asking for a lot.

The staff are great here. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and great communication. They called me a few hours after I had dropped my car off, and advised me on services my car needed sooner than later, and what could potentially wait. I got my car back, and they did an excellent job. I will be using them moving forward, and certainly recommend them to others.

This is the best mechanic. We have brought our vehicles here about 5 times in the past year and we have always received outstanding service! They have never overcharged us or recommended unneeded services. We usually drop off the car in the morning and it is ready before the end of the work day. They are friendly and able to fit us in if we have an emergency like a flat tire. We have lived many places and tried many mechanics - this one is the best!

I took my Toyota Tacoma truck in because it was misfiring. Firestone service members told me that I had a fuel injector problem and 3 injectors needed to be replaced. But they recommended replacing all 6. The cost including spark plugs that needed to be replaced was going to be over $3000. The price was a bit steep so I took it to Toyota for a second opinion. It turns out I didn’t need fuel injectors at all, the issue was that rodents had chewed on wires and the cost to repair $400. Big difference. I have for the most part trusted Firestone but this certainly has altered that trust. Getting the issues right on a vehicle is crucial. They failed to do that. I was disappointed for sure but glad I got the second option.

Have 3 vehicles that have come in to the shop for various reasons and Larry has always been great and made sure everything was completed in the time I expected when I left my vehicle. Even fixing a flat that another shop said wasn't fixable and had tried to sell me on 4 new tires since it is an AWD suv.

Went in for an appointment that they supposedly called me to confirm, but I received no such call—even showed my call log, but there’s can’t go back one day. Went in for appointment and was told, “At the end of the day, there’s nothing I can do because we already booked someone else.” I have never had any problems with any other Firestone. In fact, they’ve all gone above and beyond. Find another spot to go to.

Amazing experience every time that I went to get my car serviced. Reasonable prices and the staff always goes above and beyond what they are expected of doing to make me happy! I am a customer for life. Thank you Firestone for being the #1 in customer service and the #1 in auto service!
