Expensive liars. Recommend you look up “Mission Accomplished” for better service and price.I was lied to my face twice about service. I’m a third or fourth time patron, have had usually decent service. In for a battery check early morning, no appointment. After receiving an email invoice I went to pick it before the afternoon and was told it wasn’t ready. So I requested they add an oil change as was indicated on the email. They. Received a call the next day that it’s ready for pickup. When they explain that the battery was fine but they recommend an oil change, I asked why they didn’t do the oil change. And the same guy I talked to at the counter when I requested the oil change told me that they didn’t because I did not get back to them when they attempted to contact me. I told him that I spoke with him face-to-face yesterday and requested it. He was dismissive and said okay give them 10 minutes, after waiting for 15 minutes with no further contact I left to go back to work and was able to get my car back midday. To top it off they found the oil to be about a liter short, but didn’t know why. They were also the same shop that did my last oil change, but I’ve lost my trust and patience for this location and would not recommend.

Let me start off by saying I work on trucks and do all of my own work, except when it comes to getting an alignment done.I took my truck in for an alignment after getting new tires, I have a lifetime warranty on the alignment so it should be in and out, for $0.They get done with the alignment and it's within specs which is good, but proceed to tell me my drivers side battery, that's about two years old, is bad and it needs replaced for $260. On top of that, they say that coolant is spraying all over the engine bay, and want to run a test because they dont know where it's coming from. That's funny, because I just drove from North Carolina without a drop of coolant leaking out. When I got home, One of the hose clamps was loose RIGHT next to the battery they tested. I dont know if they were trying to swindle me, but the incompetence of "not knowing where it's leaking from" was utter bull. Then, I took my battery to Walmart to have it tested since that's where I bought it and it's still under warranty, which they say it's good and show me their test sheet. More incompetence at the least.Long story short and a bit of advice, dont fall for the upselling they try to do to you and ALWAYS get a second opinion before dropping $300 on a whim.

Well they want me to review this place even though I actually didn't go there and was only next door. There were people in line and people in the waiting room and cars on lifts so they're doing something right

$142 for oil change and rotation is ridiculous, especially on a military base.. I hope people look elsewhere and “firestones” get fazed out on Air Force Bases

Really nice lady who really tried to help during my emergency. However, they were not able to help me because they didn’t have the front windshield wiper in stock that would fit my car. If you are in an emergency, chances are they won’t have what you need in stock when you’re in a pinch. Still a nice place to go just in case.

I've used this place in the past for tire issues. I recently picked up a car for my daughter, noticed it had a slight vibration at high speeds, so decided to have the tires checked for balance and then rotated here due to the convenience to work. They talked me into an oil change, sure since I don't know for sure how and I can trust this location and have a road trip coming up. They called me back later to let me know the wheels need alignment, after not letting them sign me up to a package deal I was told to pick up my car in half an hour.I went to pick up my car, to discover they were charging me $263 for the oil change, rotation and alignment. And they wanted to charge me some $100 to change cabin engine air filters ($38 for both at autozone). This was ridiculous. I've never paid this much for any such service. The report I got indicated one wheel was slightly out of line.I then left, drove the car up to speed and engine heat, smelling burning oil. I stopped at a light with smoke rolling from the engine compartment. Someone else telling me my car is on fire. I stopped and opened the engine compartment to see oil all over the filter and front of the engine. I returned after a 14 mile round trip intending to wash it off myself, but took it back for them to clean it.I will never return to this Firestone, and likely no other Firestones.

I've taken several tires to these guys and they've always been good to me.

Best Firestone from the many I have used in my 23 years of driving.

Guys were nice. Car seems okay. No real complaints other than when I called for any possible same day availability, I was told there were no spots but online there were 3 afternoon times available. I'm not sure about the disconnect there but other than that, they are okay.

This is SUPPOSED to be a safe place to take your car on base. Base is supposed to be safe. At 9 months pregnant I got a flat tire and a snow storm is coming. I decided to get it fixed close to home but when I pulled into the parking lot of the Firestone I got out of my car and an employee came out of the parking lot cornering me and screaming at me for parking in a spot in the lot that he was honking to park into? I have never felt more unsafe and sick in my life. I had to push him away from me from being so close. They were monsters. The other employees came out and yelled at me for parking wrong and surrounded me in the lot from the garage. They all deserve to be fired and base access revoked. This was COMPLETELY unacceptable.

My daughter went up there to have her tire checked for a leak and when she pulled up to the door not knowing that the honking meant for her to move her car and the workers were pulling out another car quickly. All the workers came out and yelled at her and one even got in her face and yelled at her. She just wanted her tire looked at because she is due to have a baby any fay and they made her cry. They lost her business and mine.

Terrible customer service. Stay away from this place. Go somewhere off base and find a friendly place that will treat you with some respect.

Came in for a balance and alignment because my truck is shaking at higher speeds. I also asked to have my ball joints and tie rod ends checked because of the issue and they said they would. When I got my truck back it was shaking worse. When I gave them a call about a possible solution I was informed they decided not to check my ball joints and tie rod ends because my vehicle has low miles. When I got my truck back I also noticed that they broke the cap off of one of my lug nuts, which is not a huge deal. However they did not replace it or even let me know upon pickup, and when I mentioned it on the phone Larry got super defensive and said “I can give you a new lug nut if it’s such a big deal.” Additionally they damaged my wheels scraping the old wheel weights off.I paid $160 to get my truck back in worse shape than when I gave it to them. I’d heard bad things about this place and I should have listened. Terrible customer service.Service: Wheel alignment

$89 for a engine light diagnostic, $430 for changing 4 spark plugs and 1 ignition coil on a mid 2000 Honda (parts easily under $100). Over half a grand for about 10 mins of labor. Not borderline predatory but straight predatory practice.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
