“Premium Cleaners made things right. I brought in four items for dry cleaning, and only three were ready when returned. Management took a few days to get back to me, but once they did, they were apologetic and proactive. The missing item was a unique uniform piece I needed before the weekend, and they immediately offered to reimburse me for a replacement and expedited shipping. Within 24 hours, I had a check in hand covering the full cost. Mistakes happen, but they handled the issue responsibly and professionally. Thank you Kaitlynn!!!”

“I’ve been coming here regularly and the place has really turned around quick Lisa the attendant is super friendly and every time I come in there she is scrubbing and mopping or polishing machines , I haven’t seen any of the riff raff hanging around and the machines are all in working order. “We gave them clothing that unfortunately had set in ink stains. They did the best they could do to remove them. A couple of items were beyond saving, but in general, I would say 80% of them are still wearable. We really appreciate the help!”

“I love Prime Dry Cleaners. I am very particular regarding how my clothes are dry cleaned. I write down everything that I drop off and keep track of my orders. Everyone is very pleasant and I recently had a question regarding one of the garments I had dry cleaned. Aaron and Kent were there to help me and solve my problem with hesitation. I highly recommend them for your dry cleaning services.”

“We are new in town and our washer broke right when we moved here. I brought my kids, and the attendant was very approachable and super friendly. She offered my kids coloring books and colors while we waited for our items to wash even a snack. The facility is clean, washer machines are a little pricey, but they have a variety of sizes. Overall it was a great experience.”
