“This place is typically a mad house with so many folks waiting then you have the idiots who pull in the wrong way! Apparently they can’t read the signs that say exit or know that the nozzle is long enough to reach across their vehicle. I really wish there was a way to shut off the pump on the people who think they are too good to wait in line and pull in the wrong way! If you can’t follow the rules or even bother to read you shouldn’t be able to get gas! If you go after 7:30pm there is typically much less wait time if any at all.”

I then called the O'Fallon store in Illinois and spoke with Natasha. Not only did she assist me, but she also followed up with a text to let me know a note was left for the driver. Great service! I live out of state and rely on these deliveries to get my granny's items to her door.”

“The Sam's Club in OFALLON is is great wholesale warehouse. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and the prices are very reasonable even if there are only two of you in the house. They usually have the best gas prices in the Metro East. We got a premium membership which paid for itself with the purchase of a full set of tires. They also have a discount pharmacy which is very helpful. We have also purchased batteries at significant savings. The bulk purchases are great for stocking your pantry or buying for the office or shop.”

When a problem with one of the prices was discovered, he chased down the reason and fixed the price of the script to reflect my insurance as quickly as possible. There are times when it takes awhile to get your scripts because of the long drive up line, but I would happily wait if the delay is because they are being so helpful with their customers.”

“I made an appointment for a couple vaccinations. I arrived a little early, was helped quickly, and the pharmacy tech who administered my vaccines was very friendly and professional.
I then went to the pharmacy counter to pick up some OTC meds and she completed the transaction right away even though I would have been fine to wait for the other register in use to become available. I was in and out so fast!
Thanks to the pharmacy folks for all you do, the customer service today was amazing.”
