“Tesla Model 3… I went to them with my seatbelt all bound up on this massive child’s car seat. My options were looking like cut the belt, break the child seat ($500 seat no thanks), or take it to Tesla. The man found a way to help me out by taking off a panel in the interior of the car. on a Tesla???? In shelbyville?? I honestly didn’t expect they’d be willing to even try on it. They got the problem fixed for me in 10mins, and i was back on my way. Huge thanks for saving me a lot of money, inconveniences, and for having an experienced staff who’s confident enough to give a more uncommon vehicle a shot.
