The staff at J&R collision in shelbyville gave great customer service. They kept us informed and even gave a loaner car to use while my vehicle was getting repaired. The experienced staff fixed a problem on a Tesla Model 3 by taking off a panel and got the seatbelt fixed in 10mins. They got a fender bender, even when the vehicle was totaled, with courtesy, professionalism and communication. Everyone would highly recommend this place for any vehicle.
