The pizza’s we ordered today 5/13 @ around 4:45 we perfectly made. Not burnt, not greasy, just the way they’re supposed to be. Great job Aidan. You can cook our pizza’s anytime.

I think they have some much better management here now and I love the new roosters called coffee and they've got some really great workers in here I think they have a lot of problems in here like a lot of Casey's they've become very big and very busy and the workers have to work really hard and I think they have Staffing problems at multiple locations but they've been very good to me here at Shelbyville.

Don’t bother trying to order pizza from here. Never done on time. New “management” should be ashamed of himself. This store is sinking fast.

Doesn't feel worth it to order pizza anymore. You order at 7:15 with a time of 8:40 delivery and it shows up at 9pm after the driver had to wait 30 minutes for your food. And it shows up incorrect (if you're going to charge $2 for toppings it kinda sucks when it doesn't show up with the toppings). It feels like instead of closing orders down early so the kitchen can keep up, the owners would rather over work their employees and make customers wait. I like the gas station for their friendly staff and the convenience but ordering pizza, especially now that they don't employ their own drivers, feels like a gamble I don't want to take anymore. Especially when there are other pizza places that are more reliable in town.

I ordered 4 pizzas @7pm, apparently kitchen closes @9pm, how ever the app allowed me to still order and it said my order would be done @918pm. I get a call after placing my order and spending over $50 and prepaid. I get a call from the staff telling me kitchen closes @9pm even though it allowed me to still order on the app, I asked if they could have them done before 9pm. She asked said they are swamped and couldn’t, but I could get a refund, I asked if it would go immediately back on my card or does it take a few days, when I asked that some absolutely rude man gets on the phone and says” lady or Sr, I don’t know who you are but we are swamped and I don’t know what you want me to do” I told him I had no clue why he even got on the phone yelling at me all I asked was if I could get the refund so I can go else where. He then said “ I didn’t yell but I can start if you want me to” I then that that was completely inappropriate and all I need is a yes or no on my refund, he said yes, then I immediately hung up crying. Never in my years of ordering pizza have I ever experienced such rude and disrespect so absolutely no reason. I will be calling back during the week and asking for his name because he was absolutely disrespectful. It’s not my fault you cannot staff your location and that the app even allowed the order to take place, Worst customer Sevice EVER!!!!!

I've stopped by multiple times in the last few weeks between 6p-8p and every time, there has been no food in the warmers. On other occasions when stopping in, the workers have been inattentive to customers, while holding conversations talking trash about other employees on a different shift, and sometimes talking trash about employees at other local businesses. I think the town would have been better off not rebuilding.

11 am no lunch out dated breakfast.Cashier see cash runs through register without asking about rewards missed lunch and my points. Had to eat a soggy breakfast sandwich

Walked to the checkout and cashier was trying to buy herself cigarettes. She keep messing with the computer and digging in her wallet saying I’m sorry under her breath. I walking out. This is just one of many instances dealing with bad cashiers at this location.

This store needs to know how to speak to customers that have to go inside to get a receipt for fuel. New store, new pumps, but staff evidently doesn't know how to put receipt paper in.

The coffee here is absolutely chemical and burnt tasting, absolutely horrid. Their new machines make the coffee taste awful.Some of the newer employees were gossiping about my mother in law, while she was standing right there!! (The best employees are Barb & Carol)
