“Very good about communicating when they would be able to get my vehicle in, they diagnosed the problem, replaced the parts, test drove and fixed what was wrong with it! I had already replaced so many parts myself and still had stalling problems with an explorer, it had bad wiring and now its all fixed. Respectful and honest people. 10/10 recremend.”
“I drove my 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid AWD to Hiller because I found brake fluid from both sides of the front end on my garage floor. I made an appointmenrt but arrived early, and they brought the car in soon after.
The tech came out and told me they had inspected the entire brake syste, including the fluid tank, the rails along both sides of the car, and their were no leaks and nothing wrong with the brakes.
This was the good news. The better news was there was no charge for the inspection.

“I’m not sure if it’s too early to write a review, but I’m very pleased with their service! As a full-time worker and college student, I felt secure and comfortable leaving my car with them. My car is running so much better now, and they completed everything in just a couple of hours! Before working on anything, they called me to discuss the repairs and provided the price upfront. I wish I had remembered the names of the staff members because they were all so nice. I truly appreciate the comfort they gave me during the process! As a 19-year-old who has had not-so-comforting experiences when fixing up my first car, I am just super happy with my experience! This is my first real and new car so I was nervous just leaving it with anyone. I got a wheel alignment, new tires, and suspension. They were worried about my traction light but it did reset itself! Took my truck to lauterbach, as I should have in the first place, and the guys found and fixed the issue in no time. Very reasonably priced, friendly and quick. O'Dell's checked my vehicle and only replaced what was needed and let me know the other parts didn't need replaced. Saved me hundreds of dollars.”
“This is merely a review on the car wash. Their car wash is absolutely fantastic! The automatic wash has been updated and it does a tremendous job! The hand wash bays are never clean, so deducting one star for that. However when you have a town full of wanna be rednecks that like to fill the bays with muddy trucks, it's probably hard to keep it clean. Great value for a great wash!”

“So I like to review businesses because people need to know who they can go to and really understand experiences both good and bad! I like Firestone but they tend to have some not so good workers and some extremely good workers. Depending on what store or manager you get. The store I went to this time in Springfield il on Wabash Ave was the Bomb! They really got my car in and out told me what it needed even without an appointment which I just happened and lucked up on.. grateful! Because my friend was getting their car worked on and they asked about mine. Some businesses really do extreme care business and go above and beyond for customers care service because they are in business for business. I don't know why other people are in business for ... because without people customers you have no business...”
