I had already replaced so many parts myself and still had stalling problems with an explorer, it had bad wiring and now its all fixed. Respectful and honest people. 10/10 recremend.”
“Brought in my Vespa scooter wheel flat and they changed it out with new tire I bought online. I had called over World of Power Sports basically across the street from RNR and they wanted to charge 75$. Now I may have been born at night, but not last night to know a good deal when I see one. RNR only charged me 25$ and great customer service as well.”
“I drove my 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid AWD to Hiller because I found brake fluid from both sides of the front end on my garage floor. I made an appointmenrt but arrived early, and they brought the car in soon after.
The tech came out and told me they had inspected the entire brake syste, including the fluid tank, the rails along both sides of the car, and their were no leaks and nothing wrong with the brakes.
This was the good news. The better news was there was no charge for the inspection.

“I’m not sure if it’s too early to write a review, but I’m very pleased with their service! As a full-time worker and college student, I felt secure and comfortable leaving my car with them. My car is running so much better now, and they completed everything in just a couple of hours! Before working on anything, they called me to discuss the repairs and provided the price upfront. I wish I had remembered the names of the staff members because they were all so nice. I truly appreciate the comfort they gave me during the process! As a 19-year-old who has had not-so-comforting experiences when fixing up my first car, I am just super happy with my experience! This is my first real and new car so I was nervous just leaving it with anyone. I got a wheel alignment, new tires, and suspension. They were worried about my traction light but it did reset itself! So I have no lights or sensors on my dashboard anymore! Thank you guys so much for squeezing me in! Sorry for such a long review but I need you guys to know how much this experience truly does mean to me!”

I came back this time and received the same excellent customer service. I came in an hour earlier than my appointment time hoping to get in early. I could tell they were busy and the manager warned me that I would most likely have to wait until my appointment time. They were able to get me in earlier and out without a whole bunch of fanfare and also being very kind. The current management is very customer service focused and I appreciate it!”

Once I was promptly checked in, I proceeded to the waiting area. My overall wait time was approximately 25 minutes before the service on my vehicle was completed. During that time, I was informed on what the inspection findings were and asked what actions I wished to pursue. The process was efficient and professional as always.
