“This guy was AWESOME. Steven ran the cables on top of the gutters and you cannot see them. Very impressive and important when you live in an HOA neighborhood. The signal unit is small and installed where no one will notice it. Very impressed will the technician and installation. He is a very courteous person and set up my phone and printer for me. “had the greatest experience. my sister & i came in to get her phone upgraded. we had to wait for someone to then come approve the upgrade and dj, our T-Mobile Expert was extremely patient and kind! while we were there i mentioned to my sister that i was hungry and he even went out of his way to get us a salad and sweet tea. we were constantly smiling & laughing and the environment of the store was great. i couldn’t have asked for a better experience and a better blessing. i would highly recommend this store and dj to anyone”

“Upgraded my internet service. Found that I could return the old modem to a Spectrum Store. This one was close. Made a reservation to return the modem at 2:20 on a Saturday. Arrived a few minutes early. Spouse went shopping at Dierbergs next door. When the customers ahead of me finished their transactions, I was processed in due turn very efficiently. ??”
