“We LOVE 1st class auto! Tyler and Kari has helped up since day one when I was doing research on where to take our Subaru outback. The first day I pulled in is when the Subaru exploded a brake line and I knew I was stuck there unless they could fix it. They built all new brakes lines and got me back on the road in no time and I knew I wanted to do business with them. I just had our Acura up there for a full brake service last week so now both our vehicles are professionally maintained! Brandon is a mechanic there and he really goes in depth with you over issues and is people friendly. We live out of town but the 40 min drive is worth it every time. We will always do business with 1st class, it’s like a second family now!”

“First of all, if you're going in for an oil change and/or without an appt., your experience is on you. Walmart is not the cheapest on an OC, so why are you there anyway? Go there for batteries or tires; that's it.
I ordered my tires online and had a scheduled appointment. The whole thing took 1.5 hours. I was very pleased and understand that for any car situation, one needs to plan minimum of 2 hours and practice patience. Other places besides Walmart also take a long time. It's the name of the game. Make the best of it.
The auto dept. does a good business. Very busy. I got the cheapest price on all new tires, installed with warranty, for under $100/tire. Very competitive pricing. Staff was friendly. Thank you!”

“Had an appointment to get all 4 of my tires changed and to take my spare off of my car and back on my trunk. Showed up 15 minutes early and staff and trainees were super nice and helpful. Told me it would probably take an hour or so and that they were training a bunch of people which is understandable but it only took them about 45 minutes. Prepaid through the app so for me it was a very get in get out type of friendly service.”

“Excellent, fast, and friendly service! Mike was absolutely amazing and patched my tire up so quickly. He was truly a lifesaver! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated how quickly they were able to get me taken care of.
The building was also extremely clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable waiting area that made the experience even better. It’s clear that the team at Dobbs genuinely cares about providing great customer service and making sure their customers leave happy and safe.
