I arrived to an appointment on Monday to find that all of my blood draws(standing order) were canceled. Quest rep stated it was the fault of St. Louis University Hospital (doctor/nurse) error. SLU nurse stated it was an error by Quest employees. I arrived to have blood drawn on Tuesday with a printed standing order from my doctor. Quest employee stated at the standing order expires on 10/22/24. Actual printed order states expiration of 4/21/25. I am confused as to WHO is correct.

I visited Quest Diagnostics on May 15th. I made an appointment online. When you arrive use the self check in kiosk. It's very easy to use. I was seen earlier than my appointed time. The phlebotomist was very kind and compassionate. I got my results the next day. The place was clean and both times I used this establishment there was no one there.
