“If you need stuff for soccer, they probably have it for indoor, outdoor, youth, adult, male, and female. Prices seem a bit steep, but I was able to get a lot of last years' gear on sale for 30-50% off (new, just not the latest/greatest model). The one-person staff was cheerful and helpful. The location is convenient.”

We’ve been going to this store for several years now, and his commitment to his job and the customers is amazing. Play It Again Sports truly has the best when it comes to him! Our family enjoys coming into the store and he always makes us feel welcomed and helps us out with anything we are looking for. He’s a stand up person.”

“Brian and his crew did an amazing job! I spoke with Brian, the owner, initially and he took great care of us. Quick turnaround and smooth delivery. We didn’t think we’d be able to accommodate a trampoline in our backyard and they made it happen. Super happy with this company and we would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!”

“Outstanding Service at Toolen’s Running Start! Andy at Toolen's is truly the best! I walked in with very painful knees from a pair of new shoes I had ordered online. Andy took the time to listen, understand what was going on, and walked me through several shoe options. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me. After trying multiple pairs, he helped me find the perfect shoes—and the relief was immediate. I can’t recommend Toolen's Running Start enough. Their expertise and customer service are fantastic!”

“I love walking through the store and seeing the new merchandise! But what I appreciate more is that their feed is almost always stocked! I go in weekly for chicken feed and to get dog food…we buy the store brand and get diamond for the dogs and yet have I needed to be worried that I may not be able to get the feed that we use. It’s always in stock and stacked up. I’ve met and have been helped by a guy named Nick multiple times with different products that I could use to eliminate odor in the coop. He spoke of his experiences with the different brands of odor eliminators that he had used with his animals and it was so helpful and gave the guidance of what choice I wanted to make and the price range o wanted to stay with. I also wanted to shout out to a lady who I cannot recall her name but was so helpful in giving me her recommendations on helping with internal parasites my chickens were dealing with and how to help them. She was a kind shorter and very helpful lady! I’ve seen her work with the chicks and help them if they needed. I’ve purchased chicks from them through the past few years and I have ALWAYS HAD GREAT SUCCESS with their chicks. Never had any roosters and have had healthy babies. I stopped going to the other tractor/farm stores and will only go to Swansea’s Big R. I’ve noticed they have been cleaning house with some of the workers and so far their crew is super wonderful. Thank you guys!!! Keep up the good work!”

“Jonathan was most helpful and respectful. He help me exchange a pair of NB and pick up an order. The ordered size didn't fit but he took the time to try other sizes. He checked to see what the store had and what was available online. He's quite patient. Customer service was amazing. I'll look for Johnathan whenever I am in the St. Clair Square mall !”

“Tevin is the GOAT! This was my first time buying shoes at Dick’s, and Tevin completely changed the game for me. He helped me realize I’ve been wearing the wrong size for most of my life — even in the same brand! I’m getting back into the gym, and he set me up with a half-size smaller than I usually wear. The difference? I feel like a million bucks. What really impressed me was how he managed to help at least half a dozen other customers at the same time, all while keeping the energy high. Always smiling, always friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does. Tevin’s got great character, knows his stuff, and makes the shopping experience fun. Give this man a raise — he’s an asset to the team!”

“I wanted a beanie hat embroidered for Father's Day and another store wasn't able to accommodate so, I went to Cardinal Clubhouse. It was my first time in the store and I wasn't disappointed. John was able to embroider my hat same day and took the time to explain the process so, I would have a reference for the future. He did a great job and my dad loved it! Thanks John.”
