“I love walking through the store and seeing the new merchandise! But what I appreciate more is that their feed is almost always stocked! I go in weekly for chicken feed and to get dog food…we buy the store brand and get diamond for the dogs and yet have I needed to be worried that I may not be able to get the feed that we use.It’s always in stock and stacked up. I’ve met and have been helped by a guy named Nick multiple times with different products that I could use to eliminate odor in the coop. He spoke of his experiences with the different brands of odor eliminators that he had used with his animals and it was so helpful and gave the guidance of what choice I wanted to make and the price range o wanted to stay with.
I also wanted to shout out to a lady who I cannot recall her name but was so helpful in giving me her recommendations on helping with internal parasites my chickens were dealing with and how to help them. She was a kind shorter and very helpful lady! I’ve seen her work with the chicks and help them if they needed. I’ve purchased chicks from them through the past few years and I have ALWAYS HAD GREAT SUCCESS with their chicks. Never had any roosters and have had healthy babies.
I stopped going to the other tractor/farm stores and will only go to Swansea’s Big R. I’ve noticed they have been cleaning house with some of the workers and so far their crew is super wonderful. Thank you guys!!! Keep up the good work!”

Andy at Toolen's is truly the best! I walked in with very painful knees from a pair of new shoes I had ordered online. Andy took the time to listen, understand what was going on, and walked me through several shoe options. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me. After trying multiple pairs, he helped me find the perfect shoes—and the relief was immediate. I can’t recommend Toolen's Running Start enough. Their expertise and customer service are fantastic!”

“If you need stuff for soccer, they probably have it for indoor, outdoor, youth, adult, male, and female. Prices seem a bit steep, but I was able to get a lot of last years' gear on sale for 30-50% off (new, just not the latest/greatest model). The one-person staff was cheerful and helpful. The location is convenient.”

This was my first time buying shoes at Dick’s, and Tevin completely changed the game for me. He helped me realize I’ve been wearing the wrong size for most of my life — even in the same brand! I’m getting back into the gym, and he set me up with a half-size smaller than I usually wear. The difference? I feel like a million bucks.
What really impressed me was how he managed to help at least half a dozen other customers at the same time, all while keeping the energy high.
