“I have been banking with Wintrust the past 3 years. And I have other banks, aside from the atm fees and cubs debit cards. The main reason I prefer my business to go to them is the branch manager Alexandra who is so on point with her prompt empathetically driven service. She obviously trained her staff as well to be able to deliver the same type of guest first mentality.. Like Isabelle and Hana, all wonderful representatives of a small-town bank with big bank connections. I obviously reccommend this location. And all the employees deserve raises for the effort they give..”
