“It's Old Navy. The shelves are stocked with clothing stacked neatly. Associates are not pushy and forever helpful. Fitting rooms are are managed well. They keep up with keeping it clear and managing the return to floor items is efficiently processed. The cashwrap is manned well so the line I was on moved along to my satisfaction.
They did ask to open a branded CC account so you decline, as most do, and move it along. Got my return to shop incentive coupon for the following week and left with a full bag and smile. Good experience. This store is a 5!”

“I had ordered a dress for my baby shower and it had a train on it that was really long that I needed removed. I came to her a week in advance to my shower and she had the dress done in time and it was perfect!”
