When I arrived at CVS my prescription wasn’t ready yet so I sat & waited. I feel they processed the prescription quickly for me. While I was waiting I observed how quickly they staff kept the line at a minimum with no attitude involved.

The staff in the Pharmacy are always polite and helpful. They do their best to get you in and out quickly, and give no issues when asking to find a lower price on my medication.
