“We were driving from Indiana to Mississippi when the brakes messed up in our truck while pulling a camper. I called several places and was met with attitude but when I called Effingham Tire and Auto Paul was an absolute treasure! I told him we were still an hour away from them. Told him our issues, they had a spot for us to drop the camper. They got us in quickly and luckily back on the road the same day! 10/10 recommend.”

“We were about half-way home on an 800-mile on I-70. The front right tire on our minivan failed while on the highway and we limped into Effingham, looking for help. We saw the sign for the Goodyear truck store right behind the Pilot facility. About 2:00 PM. The shop manager and his crew helped us out in sourcing a replacement tire, and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. We had a real mess on our hands, and these folks were friendly, caring, understanding with a little bit of humor thrown in. We got home safely, thanks to those guys. “Heading on a 7hr vacation away, there was debri, ratchet straps, etc all over the interstate that you absolutely could not miss. Something got both of my brand new tires on the passenger side. We stopped at a small little gas station where everyone was super friendly. Another guy was stranded and walked from the interstate to this gas station due to his tire blowing as well. Luckily they lead us to this shop where they got us right in. Highly recommend!!!!”
