He was on the line with the claims agent and me as we worked through the claim. I felt respected and cared for throughout the process. I cannot say enough good about the experience I had with Tim’s agency.

Jason Bishop is awesome, he is always there and actually personally answers the phone frequently. His staff are also fantastic. I have never had anything less than exceptional experiences with this office. I don't even live in Illinois anymore, but I won't ever be changing from this agent and office. I have received strong advice on insurance coverage, assistance beyond what could be expected by Jason helping me upload hail damage photos because there were difficulties with the normal process and years of this type of exceptional relationship.
