“I felt like I had stepped into a studio ghibli scene! My friend and I were in there for around an hour and a half before closing and regretted not stopping by earlier in the day. You could literally spend hours in there. We will definitely be coming back. The staff were welcoming and kind! One of the best vintage/ antique store in Chicago!”

Their stock is excellent. Furniture, art, knick nacks, whatever your home desires, its probably here.
We first wandered in because we were looking for a new piece that could work as a TV stand. Our particle board one was on its last legs, and we wanted a replacement that would last.
We found a beautiful rolling buffet with a marble top, and wanted to buy it immediately, but we had no idea how we were going to get the thing to and in our apartment.
The cashier whipped out a piece of paper, and told me to call Bart.
They make it so easy to pick things up, and Bart was wonderful to work with for delivery.
The owners are so cute and make the place even better. We went back and found a second piece, and can't wait to see what is there the next time we pop in!”
“Tim’s Baseball Card Shop is hands down my favorite card shop in Chicago. My daughter and I have been coming here together for years, and it’s become one of those places we genuinely look forward to visiting every month.
Tim and MJ are local, incredibly knowledgeable, and just great people to talk cards with. We’re strictly baseball card collectors, and their selection is always fantastic, with a great mix of hobby boxes, blasters, and plenty of slabbed cards to dig through. Just as important, the pricing is always fair and I’ve never felt like they’re trying to take advantage of what’s hot at the moment.
There’s also something special about supporting a true neighborhood card shop run by people who know the hobby and care about the people who walk through the door. After years of visits, it still feels like a treat every time my daughter and I walk in. Tim’s is absolutely worth a visit.”

“I’ve never seen a vintage spot with as big of a selection as this place. We found a phenomenal MCM cabinet that we now use as a bar in our dining area - very fairly priced and the staff was helpful with loading it into our truck. So many great items!”
“Nice vintage shop with a lot of great curating going on.
My favorite things to look at were the jewelery displays. There was everything from costume jewelry, to 925 sterling, to gold w/ diamonds.
There was also a ton of unique and high quality furnishings / home decor to look through. Though the prices for most things were consistently on the higher end of things, the staffs warm and friendly helpfullnes made a great impression on me. I will definitely be making a note of this place for the future.

“Such a cute store. Had to check it out after seeing it on my social media. It was packed when I shopped around since it was a rainy day but there were a lot of workers who were super friendly and ready to help you with whatever you are looking for whether it is a gift for yourself or for someone you love. Every inch of the store is covered with home goods. Tons of candles, dish sets, soaps, perfume, and match boxes. Ended up buying some French roll on perfume. Fun place to shop even if you do not end up buying anything especially on a rainy day.”

“Popped in earlier to grab a birthday card and ended up staying way longer than I planned honestly. Got the cutest Chicago themed mug too plus a little candle and a fun handwritten style card for my friend. The whole place is so nicely put together nothing feels cheap or generic and they have stuff you just don see anywhere else. Total gem of a spot right on Clark definitely gonna be my go to for gifts from now on.”

“This store is moving and will close soon. It's fun to walk thru to see furniture that can be rented for occasions. Look up and catch the reclining Buddha over a doorway (if somebody hasn't grabbed it)

“This place is so cool. The store itself isn't large but its PACKED with treasures. If you like antique and vintage medical stuff, or curiosities and oddities i highly recommend coming in here. They gave very fair pricing, and they also have items that are for display only. My favorite was the squirrel gun. A must see shop!”

“I used to live nearby & spent many hours in this store. The owners are wonderful! I bought so many collector Barbie’s & a few Gene dolls. I met the designer of the gene doll, Mel Odom at an event at the store, got his autograph. It was such fun! I plan on passing all those Barbie’s down to my 2 granddaughters (ages 16 & 18) when they get a bit older. They have picked which ones they want. I live in cali now & miss shopping at gigis dolls. It’s a great place to shop & I highly recommend it! Wish I lived closer so I could go say hello & get some more dolls! If you love dolls you have to check out their store, you’ll be in heaven!”
