Warm friendly staff are very knowledgeable and provide high quality care. The staff is superior to other Banfield locations in the city. They are awesome to car for the long term health of three dogs and are VERY professional, always friendly and helpful. Appointments are easy to schedule. The front staff literally did all they could from phone calls to in person and deserve a raise. The girls kill front desk and the doctor was lovely and very busy. If you can wait occasionally 5 to 15 minutes they take amazing care of animals and actually care. Unlike most vets they never felt like money hungry and just wanted to look after pets. Staff is always courteous, helpful and thorough with answers to questions. As a new pet owner they are very patient and try to help with any information regarding milestones a kitten may go through. The best visit in a long time.

Third day of sitting on hold to talk to someone to book an appointment. The receptionist picks the line up and sends immediately to hold, without saying anything. our pets deserve better. Sitting on hold for 30+ minutes multiple times feels closer to inadequate customer service than it does an operational issue.
