“Due to an ongoing issue with my fistula I had to go to Interventional Radiology for a combination ultrasound & plasty. The gal who’s the coordinator ( I’m forgetting her name) is superb along with the nurse who staged me for the procedure. My surgeon (Dr. Alonzo) was totally professional yet personable; and the entire team was friendly & skilled. I’ve had this done before (3X) and the level of treatment has not faltered.”

“I accidentally confused my appointment dates and would not have been able to come back on the date it actually was and Carlos, from One Medical in Deerfield, immediately accommodated me and helped me get an appointment without having me have to come back. He was so understanding and helpful and I am so thankful I was able to see the doctor when I did because I don't have the best of health and mobility is an issue and Carlos understood this. I am not used to receptionists at doctor office's being so considerate and kind and competent but Carlos was all of these things, and at One Medical that's all I've experienced. Dr. Doss was unhappy to hear that a previous prescription I had was unaffordable for me, so she took extra time to find an alternative but equally effective prescription option. She also was very attentive in asking about my family history and took extra care after learning that I was adopted to make sure she had an understanding that I was aware of paying attention to any possible inherent conditions and gave me not negative responses, but positive encouragement to stay on top of my health.
