“From the moment I entered store and was greeted by a soft spoken woman who brought me to the sofa bed on display i didn’t feel pressured.I bought this one right away after she let me open, close, and lay down on the mattress. I went back the next day to buy two more items.Bob’s Furniture has much to choose from. The prices are surprisingly low compared to the other 5 stores I visited. The construction was sturdy and the mattress is thick and comfortable.I recommend Bob’s Furniture highly. I wish I had gone there first”

“Love this local boutique store, its so unique! It has everything and anything! You will not find anything like this anywhere. It is colorful, and energetic! The quality of the items are amazing, and the staff are so nice and welcoming! They will help you with anything and will always give you their honest opinion. I love the fact that their staff doesn't pressure you to buy, they give you time to browse and your space ( which i love). It is a wonderful place to find gifts for that special someone or a cute little outfit for a night out! Recommend it to anyone no matter your age.”

“Lately, I'm here at least 1 x week since moving back to the area. I find affordable stuff for my home and studio that fit the spaces perfectly. I purchased all of my curtain rods here. The prices for them were great in comparison to a few of the local big box hardware stores. It's right next to a Petco, too, which is very convenient. This place always seems to have what I'm looking for... except a good garlic press. I'm still on the lookout for one....Shout out to Samir, who seems to be the furniture manager? Supervisor, maybe? He is always friendly and very helpful.”

“Wanted to let others know we had a very positive experience at Room and Board in Skokie. When we went in we had excellent customer service from Jonathan, he showed us some different fabric options that we were interested in as we had received some swatches and we were not sure of which one to choose. Today we had our delivery and it went well. They were on schedule, courteous and efficient (Ben and Mark). We cautioned them of our newly installed carpeting so they removed their shoes.”

“I was helped a month back by an associate names Alexis, I finally remembered to add in this review.The store was short staffed to no fault of the few employees this day working to keep everything together.She was working the register and the dressing rooms were closed at the moment as another associate was on break, so they didnt have anyone to keep an eye on the area.She did myself and a few other customers a solid and got the dressing rooms opened for us to try our items after speedily helping the other customers at the line waiting.Myself and the other customers waiting understood she had a priority to the register first and waited patiently, and we were able to get what we needed as the other associate came back from break to keep everything stable with her.The district manager should work to help hire more associates, or work out a better schedule for atleast another two sets of hands on deck.For what these two ladies had to handle they did a solid job, I know what the short handed life is like as a previous retail associate.Customers tend to forget that human beings are the reason they get to shop here and not soul less robots.A1 Service!”

“This is a convenient location at Old Orchard Mall because it is a central location that's also close to the parking lots. Layout-what it's a bit unusual because it has a main and lower floor, and most of the larger furniture is downstairs. Service is good, quite attentive and able to answer most questions. Like most things at Pottery Barn, you're going to pay a premium price, but you're also generally getting above-average quality. I say "generally" because I find an increasing amount of their items are not made in the USA, but still command the high prices that other places sell for but with domestic manufacturing. It's a bit disappointing, but obviously not specific to this location.”
