The store was clean and organized, though it can get very busy, with long lines at the registers. The atmosphere can be filled with holiday excitement. The staff is generally efficient, helpful, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, often knowing exactly what customers are asking for to provide a smooth, easy, and quick experience. An employee was incredibly helpful and kind to a first-time shopper. Another staff member immediately stopped to assist with a pickup, resulting in a purchase in less than five minutes. This exceptional and friendly customer service can turn a potentially stressful outing into a truly enjoyable, delightful, and stress-free experience. However, one interaction with an associate was awkward and not welcoming, making a customer feel they were causing an inconvenience. Overall, many customers report a great experience and state they will definitely be going back again.
