tbh i luv it here. i don’t come in too often to shop but the times i have they’ve been nothing but kind and respectful. last time i went in the employees were offering their help and my cashier Dom was supper kind, made conversation and was super courteous. Dom is the bomb. thank you Dom?

Read the reviews, this store is trash and the managers who run it are rude, unprofessional, and stupid. They get off on bullying customers to feel 'big' and whine if they meet any customers with a backbone. You would really expect store managers and supervisors to be more mentally stable and have thicker skin since they work retail. They do not align with Lululemon's values, and the white ladies running it like to treat customers differently based on how they look (how white is this customer?)Go to another brand or store is my advice.

Everyone commenting is really correct. I came in today January 4, 2024 transaction number 34953 educator number 99994000097415 at approximately 2:49 PM register 4. The lady was a middle-aged, mature, skinned woman, wrinkles, and tan. Anyway, she says, can I help you in a very rude tone. I tell her my email she says I don’t have an account. I told her I just search for it and I found it respectfully, I show her and then she pushes my phone away from her face. She continues to be rude and creates a new account. Doesn’t care about my name. And just writes my first initial. Next time I will make sure to not interact with her.

Beautiful store with great style, and my daughter loves it here. these this is where she goes for her stretch items and where she likes to spend her paycheck for things beyond what we usually buy her. my biggest complaint is that their sizes in store are not as inclusive as what I need

I am not one to leave reviews. I like to come into a store, get what I need, and leave. I heard that Lululemon has experienced staff that could help me with purchases, returns, and something they call “quality promise” where you can exchange items that are defective. I REALLY wish I would’ve went to any other store.Unfortunately I had to encounter someone named Lucy who was rude, unaware of the products she herself is supposed to be selling, and could not give me a straight response when I had questions. She was quite literally the most unhelpful sales associate I have ever had to meet, EVER.I came back a bit later due to a discrepancy on my return from previous. This time, I had to deal with someone named Lauren. She did not look up once from her screen and it seemed like her mind was somewhere else entirely. My very presence was apparently an irritation to her. I left without my issue resolved.I asked another sales associate what these two ladies’ names were because I was beyond appalled and still have every intention to contact corporate. I was told that these two people are MANAGERS. WHAT!?!?!?! Are you serious? This is scary. It seems as if these two women were on a power trip and determined to make me feel small. I wouldn’t want to work here and certainly would never shop here again!!!!

The selection is quite limited for the popular items, they are frequently out of stock. The staff is not particularly helpful. I was better off doing my own research.

Wonderful customer service. I only worked with Brenden, but he was so kind and helpful with a return past the 30 day return period, personal shopping -assisting with finding the right size length legging and another pair of pants in the store in my size. He was absolutely great, the kind of customer service you only hope for during your shopping experience.

Horrible customer service. They do not answer the phone. Every single time I have called in the last year, I have gotten no answer. I called the Northbrook Court location and they said, “Oh, yes, they are known for NEVER answering the phone at Old Orchard.” The last time I was in their store 3 people were behind the counter just laughing and talking and completely ignoring the customers.

Update! They actually called back and apologized for making your wait. I'm not sure about in person customer service but, over the phone not too bad.

Bought a coat and decided I didn’t like the fit and went back to return it. I misplaced the price tag that it came with, so I called and asked if I could still return it. I was told by an employee that I was able to do a full return as long as it still had the neck tag (which it did). I went to the store that same evening to return it. The man behind the counter looked up the receipt and was about to do the return. Then, he took a while and said the manager cannot allow it. He then said himself “I’ve always thought you can return it with the neck tag too”. He too said the same thing the girl on the phone told me earlier. But, he said “I’ll let it happen this time but save the price tag for next time”.Cool…no problem then. However, he took a long time processing this return and I noticed him texting as he did it. Perhaps not my business, but I can only assume it was with the manager because he went back on his word, again. Now, he gave me back store credit and didn’t process the actual refund. I don’t want store credit, I want an actual refund so I can buy a jacket of my liking ELSEWHERE. I’ve worked years in customer service and this was just sloppy and unprofessional. What if I don’t want to spend money there? Now I have to spend more money since they want to keep it in store. This is a shame. Awful service.

I wanted to leave as soon as I got in. Chaotic menswear area full of sales racks pushed against new drops, and it's tough to find sizes vs color options of recently released clothing. The mens area isn't small, but it always feels cluttery toward the back when I visit, and only a small segment of what they offer online is in the store. Shout out to salesperson "Christian," who worked with me to try to find a gift item, but ultimately we could only find them online.
