They were not equipped to help us, gave us misinformation about price of a phone through ATT, told us her phone plan had to change and would be more expensive - and took the screen protector off of the phone without our consent. We left and went to ATT and met with Benjamin. Wow!! He was amazing!! Gave my mother the exact information, support and service she needed to walk out the door with the perfect phone and even saved her money on her phone plan. Not only that, but he showed me how to optimize the camera on my 17 pro max. Terrific service!!!”
