“Eureka! Finally an honest, fair and upfront gold dealer who is a pleasant person besides. I am very savvy with this stuff and know when I am being underpaid or overcharged. Jim understands the game and just wants to make a fair compensation on transactions, not try to shortchange anyone. Ignore all of the old reviews that were written before Jim took over.”

“I have a suggestion . I am at Skokie post office almost every morning , it would be nice if they would have coffee , even a coffee vending machine . Otherwise great service , nice helpful employees .”

“Woman I dealt with was friendly after I genuinely said “Good morning” and asked her how her day was. Had a quick conversation about the weather warming up and a smile.”
