“Is was a Tuesday at 10 a.m. and my daughter and I were looking at my condo listed with North Shore Holdings LTD after 8 months of searching with no luck... and we were tenants there by 4pm. It was that easy ... it was that nice.
That was 2019.
In my 57 years of life I've moved maybe at least 15 times ... and have never and probably won't ever again have better landlords. My condo was so well kept, everything felt new, my daughter just looked at me and was like 'Mom we need this to be our home' ... and the last 6 years have been 100% situation free. It could be a Sunday at 11:00 p.m. and you don't wait more than an hour to get a reply from email or text. They have a group of people that work for them, one with a specialty in every category. The plumber, the appliance guy, the Mr fix-it guy and all of them are at your disposal and jump when hearing Ken with North Shore Holdings LTD name. You wait the least amount of time to get anything taken care of. They are attentive, responsive, professional, kind, helpful ... Jim always had my back (dealing with the first association in my building wasn't always easy. There's was a much better association upon leaving) and as long as there weren't any problems, they leave you alone, they are just there when you need them. I will never have as good of landlords as Ken and Jim.
It was actually pretty sad to even have to leave.

I promise you an amazing experience staying with them, they take very good care of you. They really deserve 10 stars.

“I'm so glad I found Michael. I initially contacted a few different realtors, including Michael, and asked each of them the same questions. Michael was the only one that didn't just give me quick, shallow answers and throw me links to comps. He took the time and did a lot of homework before crafting realistic and thoughtful responses to each of my questions. He far surpassed the others with his knowledge and effort right from the start. “We had a great experience buying a house with Melissa. We were moving cross country so it was really important to us to find an agent who was honest and detail oriented since we were viewing houses via FaceTime from out of state. A friend recommended her to us and after some independent research we agreed she was the perfect fit for us.

Melissa went above and beyond, always managing to fit any showing we wanted into her schedule and working around our time difference. She is extremely proactive about reaching out to listing agents to find out more details and what the sellers are most looking to have prioritized in an offer. Moreover, she is not afraid to negotiate; she is very willing to have difficult conversations and to advocate for her clients.

We ended up purchasing a home that had not yet gone live on the MLS thanks to Melissa’s quick work to get us in to see it. Once we were under contract, Melissa continued to go above and beyond. She is extremely well-informed and connected with local professionals, and recommended to us an extremely thorough home inspector. Then when we got the report back she went back through it to highlight the most significant issues and gave us names of professionals who could correct each issue and rough ballpark estimates on the cost so that we could really understand what moving forward on the sale would mean.

On our final walk through, Melissa was extremely thorough making sure every sink, appliance, etc was working the way it was supposed to. Thanks to her attention to detail we caught that one of the AC condensers wasn’t working and were able to have the sellers fix it.
